Lattimore has been in business for over 25 years. They provide outpatient physical therapy services for all conditions in the Rochester area. The Lattimore name originally started in Rochester and has expanded east to over 28 clinics in Western New York. As their business is growing, we’d like to focus on their new location in Macedon that was opened in September of 2020 managed by Jay Greco.
Originally from the Hudson Valley, Jay studied physical therapy at Ithaca College. He was an advocate for being healthy and active and wanted to share that knowledge with others. After going to college, Jay and his brother opened two private practices in Long Island and worked together for over 8 years. With family ties in Western New York, Jay moved west with his family and joined Lattimore Physical Therapy in Geneseo and then had the opportunity to run the Penn Yan location for 4 years. Throughout his years with Lattimore, he embraces the Lattimore Way: Meet the patient’s goal with more hands-on, individualized treatment.

Now, Jay is the clinical director at the Lattimore location in Macedon, along with his Administrative Assistant, Sara Updike, and newly hired Physical Therapist, Jon Torres. When asked why he stayed with the Lattimore business, he says, “I have always liked working in a small company approach. Care is more individualized, and we develop a personal relationship with our patients.”
