Jody Blazey
Board Member
Jody is passionate about the relationships that she builds with Eastern Shore’s clients. She has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, and building connections is extremely important to her. As a local insurance agent, Jody loves being able to educate her insureds about their potential risks while assuring their assets are protected with the proper insurance coverage.
Jody has earned designations as an Agribusiness Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) and an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) during her tenure as an agent. She is dedicated to continuous learning to gain new skills, knowledge, and information required to successfully respond to the industry demands.
Jody was born and raised in Palmyra, where she still resides with her husband and raised their three children. She is an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Palmyra, the Secretary of the Osceola Snowmobile Club, and a member of the Wayne County Business Council, Western Wayne Chamber of Commerce, and the Palmyra Harvest on the Canal Farmers Market Committee.

Here at the Western Wayne Chamber of Commerce, we see the value in every type of business owner. We want to be a catalyst for positive change. Since our beginnings in 2018, we’ve been driven by the same ideas that we initially founded our non-profit organization upon – support, empowerment, and progress for our local businesses in Marion, Macedon, Palmyra, and Walworth. We host networking events and grand opening ceremonies and promote local businesses.
